Greetings dearly beloved,

          In the state of miracle-mindedness, you have released your need to be troubled by lower order concerns by simply leaving them to Me. I can correct the level confusion involved in thinking that YOU need to do anything. Leave your ego to Me, and be of one mind. In this way, you prepare yourself for revelation. There is no difference between your Mind and mine, except that I am not involved in miscreative thinking. My mind holds only what I think with God. That is the only difference. But at the deepest level, the same can be said for yours, for when you think apart from Him you are not really thinking at all. I can quickly and easily correct your own miscreations any time you offer them to me to be healed. And this IS a miracle. It DOES take two to do a miracle, but while your faith is still so weak, I stand for the second. I have chosen to take the second place to gain the first, and I ask my followers to do likewise.

       
          None of My requests involve anything that is beyond your immediate capacity to perform. I have asked you to perform miracles. Ascertaining what DOES NOT matter is crucial in determining what DOES. You cannot understand this, while you insist on self-control, rather than Christ control. You are One with me, and when you lay your ego in my hands, I will retranslate it into a humble and willing servant. When it is wholly purified, even the ego could be said to be holy, for it will then serve only the purpose of communication. But at such a time, the last judgment will occur, and the ego will be laid down, as the body in this short life is at its end. And that will be the dream's ending, leaving not a trace behind in its passing; nor one sign left to signify that it ever occurred. The Soul will be united with Its Source, and the need for bodies, egos, and worlds will be no more. The ego CAN indeed learn and this is, in fact, your only hope. For I cannot help you while your ego is in control, but must step back and wait, for I must respect the freedom of your will. Because the ego cannot be wholly gotten rid of in this life, it is unreasonable to expect that salvation depend on what you, in your present state, are quite incapable of grasping, or of wholly relinquishing. The attempt to grasp the ungraspable constitutes a particularly difficult type of level confusion to overcome. And the same is true for any attempt to destroy, or even humble the ego without My help. This is not personally insulting, although this is hard for you to recognize, but your role now is only to let yourself be helped.

          I have already said there is nothing special about your own or anyone else’s communication with Me. Do not be surprised, because it isn’t surprising. Do not be awed, for that is an innapropriate response, given our inherent equality as holy Sons of God. Time is an illusion from my perspective, it is true. But relatively speaking, it most certainly does exist. However, I can control time, as I can control space. When you perform a miracle, I will arrange them both to ensure the miracle's potential, and your own, is realized. In this way, abilities become accomplishments; demonstrations of help and healing; affirmations of Sonship and of Love. When I said, “You will see miracles through your hands through Me.” I meant it literally. Take the miracle, now, for yourself, as a special sign of love from Me to you. I give my brothers--suffering from the belief in specialness--special gifts while they believe they have a need for them. These are given only to be shared, and thus reveal the brotherhood of man. The level confusion must be undone at its own level, and not another. The Son of God comes as a thief in the night, stealthily stealing into your awareness, and finally stealing your heart. I will tell you not to be concerned about the fact that you are doubting our communication. It does not matter, because it IS and IS by your own choice.  I have come because you have invited Me. I stand at the door of everyone's heart and knock, requesting entrance.

          The need for special agents in the dream of separation is still great, and will be until all the abilities of all the Sons of God are shared. This may seem to be very far off in the future, but remember that I direct time as I see fit while there is still a need of it.The miracle as a time-saver, as well as the exchange of love that they always involve, should be understood. When you are in a state of revelation-readiness, you are ready and willing to give up yourself and the entire world as you know it to be completely immersed in the Love of God. In this state, fear and doubt have already been silenced by the mighty Voice for God, no longer but a still, small Voice, because you chose to listen. I have chosen you, to be one such special agent, and I do not choose my channels wrongly. Everyone who exists has a special part to play in the Plan of God, which is the Atonement. The chosen few are those who choose themselves to be used in the service of this Plan, but they first must be willing to get quiet enough to listen, and hear what that means for them. Every soul is chosen by God, not one has He abandoned as unworthy, and all those who think themselves unworthy will one day come to know their worth, and they will give all away to obtain this pearl of great price. “How may I serve?” is a request for miracle-mindedness. “Take me Lord, entirely, and immerse me in the ocean of Your Love.” Is the request for revelation-readiness. I once said to the winds and the waves, “Peace, be still”…and they were. I say the same to your mind now, with its gusty winds of idle thoughts and waves of vain imaginations.

           Doubt always revolves around your own uncertain ideas about yourself. You must cease to see yourself in different lights, and learn to behold yourself only in the One Light of the Holy Spirit. She welcomes you with Her embrace, and lifts your mind into such a place wherein beatific vistas open up before your Vision. This Vision sees only beauty, truth, and love wherever it may look. This is My Vision, which  I offer now to you. And this is a gift that is given to be shared, as all miracles are. Recall that there is no order of difficulty among them. This sameness in the ease in which each miracle is performed--representing an utter lack of challenge to you, the Son of God--is the first principle for a very good reason. The effortless state is one in which you have learned to just be with yourself and the arising of all sensory perceptions, without feeling the need to “organize the furniture” out there in the world. Rather, your Vision looks within and beholds God’s Holy Altar, which He has dedicated to his Son. From this inner Altar, the miracle of the Atonement extends from you to all your brothers, fostering the environment in which a healing may occur. I have said that unless a miracle actually heals, it isn't one. A state of grace I offer you, and would that you should do the same and offer it to your brothers, in remembrance of Me.

          My statement, which is the miracle-worker's prayer, “Help me to perform whatever miracles you want of me today” in no way evaluates WHAT miracles you are to perform, nor the seeming difficulty involved in them. It also implies a total absence of concern about the external circumstances in which the miracle will unfold. This prayer is only an affirmation of total willingness and dedication to playing your part in the Plan. This cannot be done by a personally willful consciousness, because it has not renounced its own control to gain my Own. And Christ control is the necessary pre-requisite in allowing me to guide the miracle in the way that is most appropriate. It is not necessary that the miracle worker be wholly free of doubt and fear, and indeed, they may be present during the miracle itself in one's own mind, in other's minds, or both. But it is crucial that this part of the miracle workers' mind be completely under My Control so that they will not be concerned by them. In this way, they can focus on igniting the fuel that powers the miracle to be what it is, a reversal of the physical laws. This fuel is only the DESIRE TO HEAL, and to BE TRULY HELPFUL. This intention empowers you to be what you are: a miracle-worker like Myself.

         There is a mystical awareness that is available to you. It is the Christ-consciousness, which is the part of your mind that Knows. What does it Know? Everything that is true. And what, you may ask, is true? Everything that God created. And whom did He create? Only His Son, whose other name is You. The dawning of this Knowledge signifies your undivided decision to leave the desert of your miscreations, although the temptation to return will stay with you awhile. This does not matter, and cannot interfere. Only do not enter fear yourself, but if you find you already have, turn quickly toward Me and I will offer you a miracle of Love. When a brother holds a grievance against another, it is like a poison that slowly eats him up inside. You cannot love God and hate your brother, so before you pray to God or attempt to enter the Holy of Holies, make sure that you have reconciled yourself to your brother, and then the Voice of God in clarity can speak to you, in soft assurances, that you are still as He created you. You could not turn His Love to hate, nor change what is for all and make it yours alone. He whispers in the secret chambers of your heart, and calls to you to consummate the decision to join by taking the chalice of Atonement and blessing it with true forgiveness of your brother, that takes no thought of wrongs, nor stacks one grievance on another, but looks beyond them all to the light of the Atonement. In accepting the Atonement for yourself, you accept it also for your brother. Accept that love has come to take all grievances away, for not one miracle can come to the situation until there is no grievances to which you would cling. Give these thorns and nails to me, in mercy on yourself, and welcome miracles in place of them.

          Know this, your part in atonement involves an acceptance that you do not need to be right, for seeking this is how the ego is strengthened, and your ability to work miracles diminished. You don’t need to be right, because you already ARE, as a Son of God. The ego needs to be right, for being wrong reminds it of the Error on which it is based, and this cannot but make it tremble with fear. The lesson here is perfectly clear: grievances represent the darkness; miracles, the light. And which you choose depends on what you value. For where your treasure is, there is your heart also. As you choose, you choose for your brother as well. And would you wish him to be joined with you in terror-filled dreams of hate? For in such you cannot join, and this is the nightmare of the special relationship when special love morphs to special hate. Why is it that just a remark can so easily annoy, which is the same in truth as full blown rage? Remember that, just as there is no order among miracles, there is no order among grievances as well. Either represents a total commitment to a particular outcome. The question then, is which outcome are you serving? What purpose are you causing to effect? Whose goal are you furthering? The answer to this question is limited to two: ego or Holy Spirit. Choose right, and understand that in so doing, you are joining your mind with the Mind of God, Whose Effect you are. With this decision is all power in heaven and on earth given you. And God is well pleased in you who are His Son.
